How can we track delay in exceution of process orders by the productionteam

Dear Gurus,

The industry is a process industry.

the management wants to track delay in execution of process orders,by shop floor team.

**Example : A process order has been release.today but it has Basic start date 03.10.2009 and finish date 06.10.2009,but in many case these orders are not exceuted on the given dates,the order gets completed on example the 7.10.2009,there is delay of 1 day.Is is it possible check reasons for delay in the Standard reports**

*Example:COOISPI or any SAP standard reports*

Hi,

If you are confirming order phase wise /Order wise ,then it is possible to get as report in 'Order Information System' - Confirmation by pulling relavant fields.Pls correct me If I understood wrongly.
