No storage unit number available for storage type

hi all,

i have SUT managed Storage type and while creating Transfer Order i have a error message " Data inconsistency: No storage unit number available for storage type".

Diagnosis

The system attempted to create a transfer order in a storage type for which storage unit (SU) management is activated. However, the transfer order item does not contain a SU number for the corresponding storage type. The creation of a transfer order would lead to data inconsistencies.

This error can only occur if the customer exit for storage unit conversion is active and the customer exit cannot respond by issuing a SU number.

Procedure

Please check your customer exit. The customer exit must always issue a SU number even when no conversion of the number takes place.

I have checked the SUT conversion

SU conversion exit is 3 and

Length of SU number is 10

apart from this i have set an internal number range and assigned to my warehouse.
