Form settings Authorization

Hi all,

I am working on SAP B1 2007B PL10. I have a user to whom I do not want to give form settings authorization.I have applied the required authorizations also.User is authorized to create Sales Quotation.When he logs in with his User code and opens Sales Qtn window and tries to use Form Settings function system does not allow him .But when he clicks in Item No field(row level) for section of item ,a list of items is opened.But in this screen He is able to use Form settings function. The requirement is that He should not be able to change / use the form settings at all.

Please help. Its essential requirement.

Hi,

Have you given No authorization for Document settings. Under adminu2014system Initialization u2013 Authorization u2013 General Authorization u2013 Document Setting

Hi.

Yes, I have selected 'No Authorization' to Document settings under 'General' in authorization window still there is a problem.
