How to change the email formats?

Hi All,

In System administration > System Configuration > UME configuration >Notification emails we can select the events that you want that Portal sents emails, Is it possible to change the format of this emails?

Eduardo,

Its possible to change the email notification text.

Procedure:

1. Download the current emal notification text file notificationTexts_en.propertiesfrom portal.

Follow the below links:-

2. Make the changes in the text file

3. Take the back-up of the original file and store under the same portal path with the different name

4. Upload the modified file into portal.

5. Restart your portal.

XML files control the notification text for different kinds of emails. You need to edit different Subscription xml files for admin users and end users.
