reset the password on the "enterprise\administrator" account?

I'm trying to configure a new Installation of Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1.

Using a temporary license key. The temporary license key is expired.

How do I log into to the Central Management Console if my account says its disabled?

accont enterprise\username (security access / role = administrator or full)

Does the default "enterprise\administrator" account become disabled when the temporary license key expires?

Is there anyway to reset the password on the "enterprise\administrator" if the password has been forgotten?

    The default administrator should never be locked out of the CMC, even if no license key is entered. Something else is wrong. Is it possible you forgot the password?
