delete/deactivate Shopping cart as administrator

Hi,

it happens from time to time that a shopping cart stuck and then it remains in the POWL of the approver.

Does anyone know how to deactivate a shopping cart

as admin or

via a function module or

via a table update

Any clue is welcome.

Hi,

Once the Shopping cart is ordered the workflow will be waiting in the first approver inbox

if the shopping cart status is not approved by the first approver then only you can Delete the workflow

if the first approver is approved you cannot do anything to the shopping cart.

hope you are aware of the above thing.

Hi

Always a creator of shopping cart have check status access . so that he can delete the cart at any time eventhogh follow on document created via check status (BBPSC04)

or adminisatrator can delete the unwanted cart from monitor the sc.

Yes. That's the normal way. But I am talking about corrupt carts. Here neither the creator nor the admin can delete them.

So I am looking for a way how to delete or deactivate them on a technical way.

btw. we have SRM 7.0

When you say corrupt means , what is the status of the cart ?
