Auto Purchase Order is not created , please Help !

User had created a shopping cart and it is approved also and automatically P.R is also crtd , but till now no any auto Pur. Order is created, can ne one please help me to fix this issue. what to check , as already chkd material master for auto p.o it is ok ,
