MM Posting relationship

What is the relation ship between OMSY / MMRV . Any input with SAP help / OSS notes will be highly appreciated

Config done in OMSY will be reflected in MMRV, so whenever MM period close happens, it is based on the config setting for the CC in OMSY, like Allow back posting, etc.

In OMSY you can see the MM periods..

by using MMPV you can check the period & you can open / close MM periods by in put values of Comp code & Period..

by MMRV you can allow the backperiod posting ( that is previous period )..

The MMPV & MMRV trxns data will reflect in OMSY trxn..
