aws MArketplace SAP HANA -LICENCING EXPIRED AND PORTAL ADMINISTRATION Error

We had some people from support team trying to access the SAP database within this EC2 instance and they are receiving License expired.

SAP HAHA is from aws marketplace and has a web portal coming out that is used to manage sap hana database, including the renewal of the licensing.

The thing is that we aren't able to access this management portal (cause we don't have the password anymore), nor able to reset the password on this portal, has it seems it cannot communicate with IAM??? Error message: "Your AWS credentials could not be validated! Please make sure that the Access Key and Key ID are correct."

- does anybody knows How can we renew this license even if we have to go inside the machine and reset on some file the user and password to access the admin portal?

- Any other solution to solve this licensing issue that not envolves creating another machine and migrating databases from machine to another one?
