The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or inco

Sometimes my Crystal Reports reports open ok, but sometimes I get message "The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect". I am using reports created in Crystal reports XI Product version 11.0.0.1282 in BOE 11.5. Reports retrieve dat from MS Sql Server 2005. There seems to be no sense in report behavior, because during the same session I get this error message and after some second I get the report ok.

Have you tried monitoring your database server when this is happening? Is it possible that the database is rejecting the logon attempt?

    Hi,

I'm facing a similar problem. We are using the "

    reportPageViewer

" tag to display Crystal reports.

It works fine but sometimes the database logon prompt screen of BO is displayed instead of the report. We are passing the database logon credentials from our application only through the "

    databaseLogonInfos

    " attribute.

Leo, have you been able to find a solution to your problem?
