Two questions about HANA One on AliCloud

Hi experts,

I bought a SAP HANA One on AliCloud last week. During I used the service , the following tow issues:

1、on the Alerts tab of the Administration editor, the check is not re-enabled automatically.

2、I can not install CA certification. (StarCom Certification Authority)

I had finished the database data backup. The alerts is always the same as before.

Regarding the alerts on SAP HANA One on AliCloud:

Alert 1: "The parameter 'active' in the 'merg ..." is a false positive, and may be safely ignored per SAP NOTE 2240059 (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2240059/E)

Alert 2: "SAP HANA Database Lifecycle Manager ..." may be ignored. SAP HANA One does not ship with SAP HANA Database Lifecycle Manager (HDBLCM).

Alert 3: "Data backup does not exist. Without ..." will go away after first database data backup.

Thank you for trying out SAP HANA One on AliCloud!

Regarding your issues:

1. At a cursory glance, the alerts shown in the screenshots are the same as those in SAP HANA One on AWS; these are expected and normal. However, I will look into these in more detail and get back to you.

2. I am not very familiar with the certificate installation issue. Perhaps one of our community members can help out.
