Hi All,
My client is working on SRM 3.0.
We are currently facing a problem where the shopping cart is in approval. The approver is unable to process the cart with an error that the document is currently being processed in background. However, we do not find any locks for the cart.
Could someone please throw some light on what could have gone wrong and what we could possibly do to resolve this?

When do you get that message? Is it before approval or after approval?

Basically, the system is not allowing any change to the cart. It is not allowing it to be approved or rejected. I get the same problem when I try to delete the cart. It says that the document is currently being processed in background. There is no lock in SM12 though.
