Hi chetan,
Apart from this ..it should also be maintained in oohap_category.
Can we also add custom participants? So that I can give custom access wrt columns
Also , can you elaborate on the difference between roles and participants?
thx

Dear Gayathri,
Apologies for the delayed response.
Participants, we can say, are the group of people who are taking part in the appraisal process.
Example: Appraisee, Appraiser, Part Appraiser (These can be multiple manager/higher manager), Further Participants etc.
Roles: Under this tab you will define the participants selected are going to play what role.
For Example: You have selected Appraisee and appraiser and while generating the appraisal document (appcreate) you have to assign them to role Employee and manager respectively.
Or
In further participant section, you will define the managers and classify them by role as Matrix Manager, direct manager, higher manager etc
Answering to your second query, yes you can add coulmn owners as per your requirement. Plese check the badi HRHAP00_COL_OWNER
Thanks!
Regards,
Chetan
