Make sure your rerog jobs are running properly also.

At times the culprit could be as simple as a spool request which didnt get deleted.

In addtion, Of course, Do as Juan pointed out. Validate the archive files that were created

300BDCLG: read SAP note 16083. this should delete old spool files from DB tables and Os directories.Check details before you decide.

300JOBLG: You must to scheduler your reorganization jobs for spool request, jobs, batch inputs, etc, etc. You can looking in OSS for the reorganization's jobs (16083 could help to you)

310BDCLG: This is related to job: SAP_REORG_BATCHINPUT. This should be cleared automatically. The job will not delete batch sessions which are in error status. You will need to reprocess or delete them manually from SM35. Please take decision carefully on your requirement.

Seems like data has been archived and the filesystem has been used as repository or the data has not been stored on a content server.... I will not delete this data, talk to your funtional team and find out who owns this data and the let them make the decision if to move/delete/store the data.

    Regards

    Juan
