*How to keep a backup of all the production xmls?
Hi Amarnath,
It all depends upon the client strategy. Usually some clients create an additional business system / service and write the same file to a different directory call as archive directory. This is useful in some cases like whenyou are writing to a bank and the bank says they didnot receive the file and from your end if there are no issues and everything is succesful then there is no other go. Then from this archive folder you can give to them.
Also you can write a OS command to in the communication channels to copy all the xml files to a different location on xi server. You also have an option for archiving in file sender communicaiton channel.

Standard way to perform Archiving of all the important interfaces. The rules should ideally be set before the Go Live.
