How to copy Transaction IE02 in PM

Hi All,

I have requirement where client want to have a copy Transaction IE02 and disable some of the tabs.

I know there are several ways but copying transaction is the only thing they want.

Please suggest how approach on this.I have tried copying it from SE80 but it is not working properly.

Can anybody please suggest the step by step procedure for the same.
