F4 help display problem - user related

Hi,

I have a problem with displaying F4 help for valuation class of articles in mm42 and services in ac02.

On F4, a list containing hashes #### and empty descriptions appears.

Since this is user-related, have copied other user's profile to my current username and it still does not work.

If I do it for a new name, it works.

What is the cause?

Hi,

Check and compare between users the options in help setting in menu help/settings/F4 help in the options for control, dialog and so on.

Try with differents options.
