Need SAP HANA cockpit download link for SP12

From where can I get the SAP HANA cockpit[Latest version] download link of HANA - SPS 12 Revision 122 .

for below OS version

This is the oldest version I could found:

HANA COCKPIT SP00

However, I don't think it is the right approach to install an older version instead of updating OS components.

I am getting below error:

My OS version is
[root@\ /hana/shared/cockpit]# uname -a Linux host28r1n2 2.6.32-573.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jul 1 18:23:37 EDT 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

OS team is saying you have to check older version of sap hana cockpit which is compatible with

[root@/opt/rh/SAP/lib64]# ls

compat-sap-c++.so

SAP HANA Database version 1.00.122.02.1473345179

Can you help me with the required SAP HANA cockpit?
