License for "SAP Crystal Reports, version for Eclipse"

We need to apply "SAP Crystal Reports, version for Eclipse" to a Java project. The Java package was downloaded form SAP website. As our server has 8 core CPUs which exceed the limitation of the no-pay license, may i know how to purchase the license for this Java package while we need to go into production?
