How to do a mass deconfirm and reconfirm for order reservation

Hi,

Our planning team always need to change the date of process order in order to optimize the production. So far they have to use CO06 to deconfirm and reconfirm order reservation. Is there a tool we can run every morning to do a mass deconfirmation and reconfirmation according to the date of process order? I took a look for V_V2, however this tool is based on sales order delivery date, we need something based on process order date.

THANKS A LOT.

Thanks Brahmankar and Umeshi,

I think I am not very clear on my question. The question is not about to confirm the process order. It is about to confirm OrdRes quantity in CO09. Please see the attached image. Is there a mass tool to de-confirm the one on 08.11.2018 and confirm with qty 10000 for the one on 02.11.2018?

Thanks.

Hello,

Transaction V_V2 is used for the rescheduling of sales documents like e.g. quotations, sales orders, scheduling agreements and stock transport purchase requisitions / stock transport purchase orders.

Transaction Co06 can be used for manually distributing available quantities but it can be done material by material. You may check V_RA if it helps.

Transaction COMAC or COHVPI you can execute ATP check for several production or process orders

Best Regards,

Hello Marcello,

Process order confirmation you can do Phases level (COR6/COR6n) or Header level (CORK).

For Mass process order confirmation, you can use the Tcode: COHVPI. ( Function : Confirmation).

As per standard SAP, No such transaction code available for Mass Process order Confirmation Reversal; You can use the BAPI : BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CANCEL and develop program to perform the mass process order confirmation reversal with your Technical team.

I hope this information helpful to you.
