We are working on CRM Web channel E-commerce 6.0 package. We have an ECC 6.0 as a backend system configured where the delivery and invoice documents are being created.
We want to utilize the ECC invoice document as a predecessor document for complaint creation. I am not sure about how this document can be referenced and a complaint can be created from it in webshop.
I have checked the ECC Invoice display in the webshop but this is just the display version, we want to utilize this document for complaint creation.
Any pointers will be really helpful.
