i want to delete info type 0016 but that is tcc 1. how can i delete this info type

To delete the IT0016 u cant directly from PA30 so go to PU00 and from there delete It0016 for ur personnel number it will work.

Check whether you can change the TCC for that infotype thru Table V_T582A
dont use PU00 instead of that USE SE16N give the table as PA0016 and delete for that number
