samples not created during transfer posting 301 mvt type

Hi all

During tansfer posting , samples are not getting created ,

i used manual valuation with 100 val type

despite sampling procedure maintaining for the MICS .

What could be the possible reasons , can some one help me

What type of insp type are you using here?

Are you using same SP for diff inspection plan too? system generating sample for those lot? is this brand new SP, which you are trying to use with this insp plan? Please tell what setting you have maintained at SP?

I guess you have maintained SP to insp plan at MIC level......

Hi all ,

What type of insp type are you using here?

for a material i am using the Inspection types 03,04,08 .

i had created one inspection plan with 2 task lists .

for the first task list i had 2 operations , for each i had created the MICS and the relevant sampling procedure .

for the second task list i had 3 operations , the first 2 MICS and samp procedures are same as the first one and the addition operation with a characteristic and the same sampling procedure .

i had maintained SP to insp plan at MIC level......

my requirement is i want the material to be inspected with checks from the transfering plant + addition checks added at the recieving plant.

CRTD Created

CHCR Characterist. must be created

PASG Plan/specification assiged

SPRQ Quantity posting required

lot is not getting generated ?

what could be the possibe reasons for this

it is in CRTD stage that is a reason sample is not getting calculated.

In the inspection type you ate using in QM view please check the tick"Inpsection with task lst & check char"

if it is ticked then you have to create a task list with proper usage (as per inspection type)

Also if you want to create the lot in both the plants then try using 02 & 08 inspection type

Check manual sample calculation check box in MM-QM View

Is there any lot approval procedure?

When you are trying to do the sample calculation manually, what msg u r getting?

Hi

Now go to QP02

Check the usage & status of the task list

Let say it is Usage:3 & status:4

Now go QA02>enter Inspection lot>Inspec.Specification--->check usage here.It must match with the task list you have created.

Also date of creation of task list must be prior to the inspection lot.

if task list is attached then click on the sample & save.

Depending upon the task list(check usage & sampling procedure) & Inspection type sample size is calculated.

What type of lot is genearted?

what is status of lot.?

Hi,

Whats the system status. (You mean to say, you didnt get CALC status)

Check MM-QM View (Inspection Type)- manual sample calculation. (must be deactivated)

QA02 : Check Inspection specification assigned or not
