SolMan - ServiceDesk - RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK

Hello,

we are using the Service Desk ( Incident Management ).

We would like to create a list , for e.g. tickets with our own status ( like "open" , "in process" .... ) to send it regularly

to the message-processors.

CRM_DNO_MONITOR is not useful for us. So we would like to use abap RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK or similar.

But there is one problem:

We have setup incident-management WITHOUT a SOLUTION.

Start abap in online-mode without solution : so far ok

Start abap in batch-mode without solution:

- Job started

- step 001 started (program RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK, variant TESTEN,

- document cannot be asigned to an area. Inform the administrator

- Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

I have already asked SAP, but the answer is to open a develepment requests.

Has anybody an idea how to solve it ?

    Hi have one solution created but the same error message when running the program RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK. This program will send messages to SAP when running in background otherwise a list will be displayed.

    When it runs in background the message "Document cannot be asigned to an area. Inform the administrator". In foreground a message list is displayed.
