One of the requirements we faced as part of an implementation is that the client wants to have CTI functionality in the SAP C4C mobile app installed in the end-user's mobile device.
For example, say a customer master record is maintained in SAP C4C. The same customer has called on the mobile number of the Sales Executive. A pop-up should be displayed showing the name of the customer calling. Secondly, the call interaction between the Sales Executive and the customer has to be recorded automatically and stored.
Is this achievable with the current version of SAP C4C or can this be expected in the upcoming releases?
