configure maintenance optimizer

Hi,

I am configuring "Configure Maintenance Optimizer" and I get the following error when I use T-code SM_MOPZ.

SAP MOPZ auto-configuration warnings

Message no. IMG_FASTCONF030

What's happen with my SOLMAN system?

so My customer no. is "1057842 ITA Group Hochiminh"

is that right?

Hi Duypm,

Login to SMP. You will find "My Profile" at the top just below welcome text. Under that you will find My Personal Data where you can find the customer number.

For Message fill, you need to raise a OSS message and give that number.

Hope this clarifies.

Hi,

The cutomer no :- ........... is which SAP have provided to you, you can get it through SAP SMP.

If SAProuter can connect direct to internet ( this mean you will connect sap router to walldorf through SNC )

If you are using SNC , then you have to share the public ip of yours & the host of SAP router to SAP, depend upon which they will register the sap router with distination name.

Hi Duypm,

Its a long process to go.

First, Raise a message with SAP for SAPROUTER certificate if you are planning to use SNC. You need to provide a public IP of your SAPRouter machine in the message.

Second, Send the filled form to SAP

Configure SNC on SAPRouter

Configure OSS1 and SAPOSS rfc destination.

Then configure Maintenance Optimizer.

What is Customer no. fill?

What is Message no. fill?

Information about the requested Internet connection(4). If SAProuter can connect direct to internet, what is value chosen?

I want to configure SAProuter for using Maintenance Optimizer. How to configure SAProuttab in this case? What is value <source host> and <des host>? SAProuter is installed on Solution manager system.

Hi,

source host will be your system host and destination host will be marketplace host.

saprouttab file doesn't have on system. Must i create it? But, I don't know values below:

Standard Entries

P/S/D <source host> <dest host> <dest serv> <password>

What is value >source host>? Is this my server?

what is value <dest host>? --> I don't know this value

Hi,

As this link, we need to configure SAProuter first. But I get the following error when I start SAPRouter.

saprouter -r

trcfile dev_rout

no logging active

routtab cannot open './saprouttab': EXIT PROGRAM !!!

(running without saproutab is no longer supported for security reasons)

Could not open permission table

Please advise.
