Cv View is not giving any result when created as SQL Analytic Privilege

Hi,

I have created a cv view with Analytic Privilege option selected as 'SQL Analytic Privilege'. And i have not assigned this CV to any Analytic Privilege i.e. SQL.

When i try to query the CV View , i am getting Insufficient Privilege Error.

The Same cv view when i create with Classic Analytic Privilege option and query the view without assigning it to Analytic Privilege i.e. Classical, i can view the data.

I want to know the reason of why it is working like this.
