I'm new to sap crm this is my third object.
My requirement is to populate service request number in the IC context area alerts when a service request is created in ic web client . I have created the custom variable zsrv_no and i included that in the alerts and I have created a class with CL_CRM_SMF_ABSTRACT_SERVICE as superclass, please let me know the logic to be written inside the method IF_CRM_SMF_SERVICE~EXECUTE to populate the service request number(object id). Please help me with this requirement.
