delivery dates for stock transport orders in MD04

Does anyone know of a way to make MD04 show the delivery dates from the delivery schedule tab on an stock transport order instead of the delivery date on the stock transport order line item?

Thanks.

On the MD04 screen under settings you have the option to use either Availability date or GR date as your default option.

This helps my client to toggle between the 2 dates to check for delivery date from vendor versus Actual receipt date at plant incase of NB type PO.

I think this should help you incase of an STO as well.

Else you may have to use customer exit M61X0002 to program company-specific additional information in your own columns for the display of the MRP list and the stock/requirements list.

Please check & let me know if you have more questions.

Hello Ram,

One of the major reason to explore this area is because of 'PO delivery date is in past'

PO delivery date has been passed(MD06), there is no entry in planning file (MD21), so How MRP controller would come to know that X materials' delivery date has been passed.

Whereas if we change the delivery date (PO)then system would mark the entry in MD21 and system would run the MRP and add new exception message.

So question is at the first place - How system would alert incase of no shown of material on 'delivery date'.

please suggest.

Kind regards,

JPS
