Trade promotion for Target group

Hi,

We have to create trade promotion using target group. We are planning to create target group for each hierarchy node for an account. Is it possible to create target group for account node or we have to create it to include all the sold-tos under planning account node?

For example, we have level 4 hierarchy nodes as L4-1, L4-2, L3-3 and L4-4. Can we create target groups TG1, TG2, TG3 and TG4 to include all the sold-tos under L4-1, L4-2, L4-3 and L4-4 respectively?
