Is there a transaction for the time of order confirmation and order entry?

I want to report how many hours are between we type in the order and confirm the order. I need a transaction where I can type in the customer number and then search for the orders confirmed this week or on that day and then see when the order entry was.

There is no standard transaction for this, at least not in "plain vanilla" ECC 6.0. You'd need to create a custom ABAP report or a query. The definition of "confirmed" order might get tricky as different departments will start fighting on this since no one wants to be blamed for the delays. It's likely that eventually the effort will be scratched with the arrival of new management that focuses on on-time delivery rather than micromanagement of schedule line timestamps.
