I have an SAP trial account on SAP Cloud Platform. Yesterday it expired and I clicked to renew it. The icon says that I have another 29 days, but I have lost all my rights. I cannot start or stop my app, or create a new Cloud Foundry environment space for it.
I have noticed that as I change pages in the Cockpit, the green sticker telling me I have 29 days left flashes red and then goes back to green - so it looks like something has gone wrong with extending my account.
The errors I am getting are:
I do have the right roles for the account
Can I do anything other than delete this account and create a new one? I have an awful lot of testing which I have been doing here on behalf of SAP clients. I can't report it to SAP as they do not provide support for trial accounts.
Additionally, in that tag Ivan explains how you can deactivate and activate your cf trial account:

(Now the button is called "Disable Cloud Foundry").

Hi markvm,
To start / stop application on space level you should be space administrator as well. I recommend that check the member settings on space level as well not only on subaccount level.
If it doesn't help you can try to create a new subaccount.
