Hi Guys,
I am facing issue in ticketing tool , currently i'm using solution manager 7.1, whenever i m raising notification for testing as system is newly implemented support message column is empty.
If anyone can help will be highly appreciated.

I don't understand your question properly. Can you please provide more details, a screenshot would be a good idea I think also.
