Budget exceeded for internal order

hello,

facing problem while creation Purchase Order against a Purchase requisition. here purchase requisition is coming under commitements.

total budget is 4,18,00,000=00 and total Assigned value is 41,639,179.71.

Total assigned value includes Commitements of Rs. 33,764,771.07 and actual Rs.7,874,408.64.

The Purchase Requisition is also under commitement but it is not converting in PO. always showing budget exceeding error.

Please suggest.

can any body tell me what are all the item is being considered for committment for an order.

like

Purchase requisition

Purchase Order,

Contract,

GRN

INV

etc.

hi

check the tolerance limit settings.

also deactivate the availability control

re run the infodatabase update program

again activate the availability control

KO32 - Deactivate

regenerate the Info Database

KO30 - Activate
