im trying to use this tool

this seems very useful and exactly what i need, tough i didn't succeed in running it, i do have all full client tools installed,

im getting a error on this line

i do have this things on in VBA refrences

what is going on? how can i fix this?

There are a number of responses to this error in the thread you link to on BOB. Here's a couple of things to look at:

1. Which version of BOBJ are you using? All of the security libraries were replaced in 4.2 SP4, which means that code that uses earlier versions of the SDK will NOT be able to connect to the CMC. I suspect this is what your issue is based on the location of the error. Someone did post information in the thread on what needs to be replaced for this to work.

2. The Client Tools install is 32-bit. If you have 64-bit Windows, you may need to download and install the 64-bit version of the .NET SDK to get this to work.
