not able to refresh/ schedule DeskI report in BO XI R3.1 CMC/ Infoview

Hi, I have free hand SQL queries. Thes user runs those queries and stores them as .rep file. I exported those .rep files to CMC, but am not able to refresh those reports neither in CMC nor in Infoview, it gives me

SetPRompts failed error. Connection or SQL sentence error: (DA0005): Exception: DBD, ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist State: N/A A connection required to refresh this document is unavailable. (DA0004): The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed: SQL 1 with VIPPROD. (DMA0007):

But with the same connection am able to refresh the reports in DeskI. Please suggest what can be the reason

Hi Ashveen,

Set Prompt error : comes when prompt format is not same as of database date column. check it.

Remaining errors: Connection errors and refresh errors comes when we use free hand sql and in each environment i.e. development, UAT and prod these credentials must be changed but we hardcode them. check it out.
