How to define the object V_T511P as current settings

Dear all,

I want to define the object V_T511P as current settings. I set the object as "no, or user, recording routine" according to the note 356483. But I find the maintenance for V_T511P still automatic recording in the customizing system/customizing client. Also, it still displays error message TK430: Client &1 has status 'not modifiable' in the test system. Although it displays the error message, but I still could maintain the Object:V_T511P.

I want to deactivate automatic recording in the customizing system/customizing client, otherwise the values that were maintained in the production system using the current settings can be overwritten by importing Customizing settings from the Customizing system. Any body could help me ? Thank you in advance!

Let's start from the beganing, please goto transaction SOBT.

Is "Current Settings" checked or uncheck?

Is "Derived Attributes" --> "Translation-Relevant" check or unchecked?

Hello Manny,

"Derived Attributes" --> "Translation-Relevant" is checked by SAP.

But whether "Current Settings" is checked or unchecked, when I maintain V_T511P via T-code:SM30,it is still automatic recorded.

Hello,

Could you please check the the following switch TRSP/CORR in the table T77S0:

The entry in this field controls what type of transport connection you wish to use.

The following options exist:

- automatic transport connection

- no automatic transport connection (in other words, the automatic transport connection is deactivated)

- transport using object lock (repair flag)

The following values are valid:

o ' ' (Blank) = automatic transport connection is activated

o 'X' = no automatic transport connection

'T' = transport using object lock (repair flag)

Hi Manny,

The switch TRSP/CORR in the table T77S0 has been set 'X'. I find the switch only controls whether it will pop-up a suggestive window "Client &1 has status 'not modifiable' when we conduct PA40 in the test system.
