ASE library for PHP 7 on windows

We Must migrate PHP 5.6 to PHP 7
we have a ASE 16.0.3 Dataserver
the Library provided in the SDK can not be loaded with the New PHP
we must upgrade the PHP cause internal policies that requires us to have all our products in one of the last 2 version.

PHP 7 module is hoping to be released in SDK for SAP ASE 16.0 SP03 PL07.

Is this still planned to be released in PL07 in May 2019? We have been waiting for PHP 7 support for a number of years.
