Authorisation to delete PAT01, PAT03 Tables?

Hi

What are i should have Authorisation to delete PAT01, PAT03 Tables? I am loging in with DDIC but it Table entry -

You need to use a user different that DDIC or SAP*... in any case be very careful when deleting data directly from a table.

I can see that this problem is related to another of your threads so I'm closing this one, please do not delete any data until you have sorted the issue with your Support Package.
