Dunning run reset

Hello,

Does anyone know how to reset the dunning run? Basically, we have executed the dunning run with wrong parameters and we would like to reexecute it with correct parameters.

Whats surprising is, I have maintained the "Always Dun" indicator and still when I reprint, the log states that the list is empty.

Coud anyone please advice on this.

Thanks

Keyur

    Hi,

Some standard programs that might be able to help you to do your reset/reverse your Dunning:

    1. RFCORR60

    2. RFCORR14

      hi,

      Please review the below notes

1318067 Resetting dunning data aftr printing w/ indiv.dunning notice

6591 Resetting dunning data after printing

About the above error message mentioned by you, please check info in Note 6591 which says:

"RFCORR14 includes a security check for a user name. Please change USER

to the corresponding user who is to run the report."

The user ID (SY-UNAME) field is hardcoded with the value 'SEYFRIED' in

      program RFCORR14 as follows:

      . . .

DATA: UNAME LIKE SY-UNAME VALUE 'SEYFRIED'.

      . . .

Please change the user to your username.

      Hope this helps

      Kind Regards

      Soumya
