Self extracting SAP GUI 7.1 SP13 Issue

Hi All,
I have created self extractung exe file for SAP GUI 7.1 SP 13 install.....The installation works fine on most of the machines but on some machines the initial window of extracting to temp folder comes and then nothing happens even waiting for couple of hours.....Most of the machines are windows XP professionsl......
How do we check if something is wrong here?...What could be the reason for such behavior...
Appreciate any help....

Is there anything shown in the NwSapSetup.log?
Ours are located under C:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\LOGs
