Error in PA40

While Hiring in the PA40, I am constantly getting an error screen. Please find the pics below.

Hi,

This looks like some database error. You only pasted portion of the error (you may have to post the entire dump message to get the detail).

You can show this error to your basis admin team. He may check using t-code ST22 and identify the root cause of this error and give a solution.

Hi, this dump is usually linked to issues with features, you may need to activate those feature, see knowledge base article

1557366 - HR programs not unicode compatible (/1PAPA/FEAT*). hope this help. sarah
