Upgrade ERP to ECC 6.0 EHP4 and SCM remains SCM 5.0

Hi,

We are going to upgrade ERP to ECC60 EHP4 but SCM system will remain SCM 5.0 SP 14. I like to know whether this will cause problem for CIF ? I cannot find related information from SAP notes.

Does any one have similar situation to share ?
