message number IM473 -to make an erro-reg

hi,

While raising Pm breakdown notification -M2 type - if the malfunction start date is earlier to the notification date there is a warning message IM473

how this can be made an error such that system will not allow to enter past dated malfunction details on any other latter dates

in the system messages under Pm i could not find , pl help
