Travel and Expenses My Employees donu00B4t refresh Employee List

Hello Experts,

We have ECC 6 EHP3 with Enterprise Portal 7 SP 18. We instal BP_ERP5ESS

1.31 SP 4.0, BP_ERP5COM 1.31 SP 4.0, BP_ERP5MSS 1.31 SP 4.0, SAP_ESS

603 SP 4.12 and SAPPCUI_GP 603 SP 4.1

We activate the Travel Management (FIN_TRAVEL_1) business function, so

we use WD ABAP for travel expenses.

The issue is when in the Portal, go to Travel and Expenses and move

into My Employees area. There, if we add or remove Employees to the

list, the list never update or refresh its content, and there is no

link to refresh it, we have to go back and enter again, to see the

Employee list updated.

Hi Manuel,

Are you the Travel Assistant, if you are the travel Assistant then only you can see employees under you.

It's not an authorization issue ..Travel Admin role etc...it occurred after apply SP's in Dev environment, QA and production were fine. When the SP's move to QA the screen would only update after hitting F5 or leaving and returning to the MY Employees screen. Any info or assistance is appreciated.

Thanks for your replies. The problem is not resolved, i don´t know how to resolve it, i look config, authorizations etc without luck.

I opened an OSS note and SAP is looking into it; as soon as they figure it out I will post the solution

You need to check your system support pakages ...

If that is done and even though ur facing isue ....then you need to rasie in SAP

Apply OSS Notes 1318988 and 1319829 this will correct the problem, caused by BASIS SP 19.

Did these notes resolve the issue? I am having the same problem... However, when I review the notes they do not seem relevant to the issue. They correct run time errors? Any more info on the resolution would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem after implementing support packs. I looked at the suggestion made to change the caching, however this was not the issue. What did you do to resolve the problem. Thanks.

Please check the cache settings of the iview this should help
