S/4HANA 1709 - good receipt posting after putaway

Hi All,

In EWM 1709 system, the moment I confirm the unloading task Goods receipt is posting automatically in the background. But my requirement is to post the goods receipt after final putaway. Can some one share where is the setting for that.

Hi,

There is must be a PPF active based on the unloading status. Please check. Standard behavior is Unloading (if needed) -> Putaway -> GR.

Hi,

that the GR is posted with the confirmation of the first WT is the standard behaviour (and there is no PPF action responsible for that). While in decentral EWM you can delay the posting back to ERP to after final putaway (where on the EWM side the GR is definetely posted before), this setting seems to be not available in S/4HANA embedded EWM anymore. Which makes sense, as the place for this setting is to accomodate different ERP backend releases, which of course is not relevant with embedded EWM anymore.
