Files stuck in AL11 (EDI)

Hi experts,

I have an incident in one cliente. They receive invoices (invoice verification) via EDI. PO/PI/XI leave the files in AL11 in one Path and somehow Idocs INVOIC02 were created. But suddenly stopped to work and just files are stuck in AL11 and no invoices are created. There is no job, programme which generate the invoices. Is there any way to find which RFC, function create these Invoices?

Hi Maria,

It seems to be Basis relevant issue rather than Application. You may raise an incident under component BC-MID-ALE.
