How to assign Training and Training Needs to Person

HI HCM gurus,

My client has a requirement for Training Needs. For example, training ABC is planned for a group of 100 employees. All employees are required to attend the training. However, out of 100 employees, only 90 employees attend the session and remaining 10 were absent. In which Infotype the data should be stored for this training except IT0022 and IT0024? Secondly, client wants a report in a format which shows training ABC was required for 100 employees and out of 100, 90 employees attend and 10 employees are still pending.
