Hi All,

I am Importing Item Master Data in SAP B1 2007B PL 10 Through DTW, At the time of test run I am facing one error - Purchase Credit Account not defined for this item [OITW, APCMAct], '01 -Temp1 Application-defined or object-defined error 65171

I selected Item Group Level option for G/L Account By. And I had Created Item Group also manually in SAP B1

if u have already defined item group g/l account,U should use only Items template to import item master data.

Hi Siddique,

Before you try to import the item masters through DTW, please ensure that all the warehouses and item groups has been created in the database and g/l determination has been done. Let me know in case you face any other errors once you check these.

Hi Siddique,

Just check whether you have mentioned any account in for purchase credit account in that particular item group.Generally, it won't be defined default.You need to set it before adding any item.

Thanks for reply, I had assigned Purchase Credit Account in Item Group Set-up (Accounting Tab)

In Test template of DTW there is not column available for Purchase Credit Account,

Hi,

once you have finished the set up then just try to add only one item in the master data manually.if it throws error then try to correct it first

secondly upload only one or two items for the testing to know the exact error.there again you can solve the problem.

System not throughing any error at the time of adding new Item master manually, I am importing only two items for test purpose.
