SAP WEB IDE Full Stack - Unexpected error has occurred during build

We are having problems with building our sapui5 projects in WEB IDE Full stack. This was working before but now we are having issues with build. Unfortunately, the console is not that informative regarding the error

We also noticed that we cannot create new projects from template anymore. We have this error...

Is this issue related to our account? Maybe an NPM issue?

Hi,

If you have a license for SAP Web IDE, the best way would be to open a support ticket and provide more information like attach your app and the exact flow you're doing... (i.e. which template do you select, on which region is your Web IDE, is there anything helpful in the browser console, have you tried in a different browser - as sometimes Chrome extensions cause weird behaviours, are you the only user that experience these issues, or other users as well? etc.)
